Faith That Shows Up

Reflect on the connection between faith and practical care for someone in need.
Reflection
Prayer opens our hearts to God. It also helps us notice the people around us. Sometimes the next faithful step is a phone call, a meal, a listening ear, or help with a practical need.
We do not have to do everything to do something meaningful. A small act offered with love can remind another woman that she is seen and that she does not have to face a difficult season alone.
This week, ask God to help you move from noticing a need to responding with compassion. Let your faith become visible in the way you show up.
Prayer
Lord, open our eyes to the needs around us. Give us wisdom to help with dignity, courage to act, and hearts that listen. Let our words and our actions reflect Your love. Amen.
Put it into practice
Reach out to one woman this week. Ask what would be helpful, listen without assuming, and choose one practical act of support you can follow through on.
